With COVID-19 very much still present across the UK Sous le Nez is committed to following Health and Safety and Government guidelines as well as following hospitality best practice advice to keeping our guests and staff safe during this time.
You may notice a few changes when you next visit and we ask you help us welcome you back in our new environment by observing the following new procedures:
- It is very important that you arrive at the restaurant on time for your allocated table.
. - on arrival at the restaurant, please use the hand sanitiser provided in the entrance.
. - Masks must be worn in the restaurant at all times except when seated at your table
. - if you have not booked online and provided your contact details, please provide these details on arrival
. - once you have been seated, please try to remain at your table as much as possible
. - our menus will be in plastic wallets and our extensive wine list has been digitised to allow cleaning after each use
- should you need to move around please maintain your distance from others
. - the bathrooms are limited to 2 persons, please wait until there is availability
. - there will be no service at the bar
. - there are several sanitising stations throughout the restaurant for you to use, please do use these as necessary
We would like all our guests to have wonderful Sous Le Nez service and ask if you or anyone you have been in contact with has displayed symptoms of COVID-19 or has received a positive test, you contact us to amend your booking until a negative test has been received or the self isolation period has been completed. Please do not come to the restaurant.
